A Rare Case of Metastasised Lung Cancer

by Gloria Gamat on July 19th, 2006

My friend’s case turned to be rare.

The biopsy of her pulmonary nodules turned out to be benign. Now she’s out of the hospital with no prescribed chemotherapy or even oral medication. Her doctors said that the nodules are not a threat at the moment anyway so they’ll just leave them as is while the experts are looking more into and studying her case.

The origin of metastases was not even found.

Rare? Miracle? You can call it whatever you like. But some things defies scientific explanation.
