On Elizabeth Edwards
Elizabeth Edwards said to Washington Post’s Dan Balz:
“I feel good and honestly, the campaign is more helpful. I don’t sit at home and worry about what’s going to happen to me a year from now, two years from now, 10 years from now. I take a pill in the morning and that’s when I think about cancer. No other time of the day do I think about my cancer.”
Nobody could have said that any better.
I really think that Elizabeth Edwards has the right attitude towards her cancer and that her choice to stand by her husband’s campaign despite her state of health is truly admirable.
